Suncom to t-mobile plan changes and rip offs

I recently got a sizable statement from t mobile. I went in to the shop, spoken to some consultant, got placed on the telephone having a repetition who explained it had been since I didn't have endless mobile to cellular. Today I'm certain after I registered with Suncom that it was a typical function, of course if it wasn't I'd have included it. I searched for 3 issues after I was strategy buying; 1000 anytime units, endless evenings and breaks, and free mobile to cellular. I compared pricing of all of the businesses in my own region and Suncom was the very best at 29.99 per month (July). I included texts for 5 dollars additional and also the insurance for 5 more. And so I am about the telephone having a repetition plus they are looking as of this new payment period and inform me they are able to include free cell to cellular for 7 dollars added. I asked them about why it had been not regular when it had been with Suncom, they didn't have a solution. So that they are looking as of this payment period, that we went over they state by 2000 moments!!?? Last statement i went around, it had been 320$, which was after I named them-and had them include mobile to cellular. My payment period finished within 3 times of subsequently phone, the repetition was looking at my bill and didn't note that I'd be 2000 moments over about the next statement! 1200 moments of it where cell to cellular in-network. I've not a problem with spending my overage in moments from community. T mobile may be the only mobile phone business I understand of this cell to cell isn't regular. It had been regular with Suncom, it's not with t mobile. I spoke to thier client "devotion" repetition and he explained he might do nothing. Why actually move me to him if he's not likely to do nothing. They'll shed 2 clients as a result of this, and other people I will tell. I've no idea how they've the very best customer support when no body can help you. They wont notice one penny more of me cash, I really could care less concerning the statement or even the termination charge, place it on my credit history and consume it! In annually or two t mobile may be satisfied with a 1/4 of the things they want to cost me and enjoy it. Finally, their support region isn't as big as Suncomis was, plus they over-charged my partner when she registered together aswell like they are doing to seemingly everybody. Do not opt for t mobile. They've horrible customer support.
