T-Mobile customer service stinks

I've been struggling with my poor choice to make use of T Mobile. I reside in the middle of Phoenix, Arizona and obtain little if any protection. T mobile might care less-I'm destined by their agreement. I'm a choice maker having a small-company that's 20 Alltel phones. T mobile won't get some of e-commerce at any cost. T mobile customer support stinks.
