AT&T@CustomerCare regarding an unreceived Refund to get a SONYERICSSON mobile phone purchsed October 28. THis e-mail was delivered in my experience being an undeliverable email.

At&t instant refund customer support:
On instant bill # 386-690-3401 and #386 690-1797, charged to Sonya Guidry at 1205 Lurian Road, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, I created an improved purchase of the Sonyericsson telephone Oct 28, with the paperwork to make sure me that the $50 refund could be future.
It's been over 3 months since I have received an AT&T text that my refund form have been obtained, and today two months since I have received a text (Old 12-13-08) that my refund have been shipped in my experience and that I must anticipate it within fourteen days... Which may have now been around 12-27-08.
NO REBATE WAS RECEIVED FOR THAT Sonyericsson TELEPHONE I BOUGHT on 10-28-08. (IMEI: 35623702-030633-6 svn 10). After I named the ATT customer support # the ATT telemarketer entered into my address book, the guy there is not able to assist me. After I named the
1-866-852 8617 about the AT&T Wireless Refund type, additionally they were not able to assist me.

I'm simply contributing to the listing of AT&T refund grievances which are currently online. Again yet another situation where the refund never managed to get in my experience. I followed-up and maintained monitoring of my types but still nothing, no option, and nowhere else to proceed.
Posted in September. Customer Support saving claims it had been prepared in March and that I'll obtain it in 3 months. Never received. Named in January and was not sure if that concept intended 3 months after it was refined or 3 months after my phone. Named again in March and got exactly the same concept and so I suppose I had been designed to have it in November. Never gotten something and today the web site is along.
AT&T includes a good term within the fine-print that attempts to launch them from any responsibility it states "AT&T and it is Fullment Organization suppose no responsibility for missing, overdue, broken, misdirected, or shipping-duemail or demands that neglect to be precisely sent to the handle mentioned about the purchase type for almost any cause..." Is the fact that authorized or is the fact that also common?
Seems sketchy to me. Based on that term they might do a variety of deceptive items to get free from providing these discount cards or avoid them from finding consumed prior to the termination day so that they aren't responsible for the costs. AT&T might officially not deliver some of them, or deliver them to some other handle, or a worker might grab a lot, or they might demagnetize them (if you were fortunate enough to really have it, it'dnot function)... Who knows. Ultimately we the customers get nada and also have no method to fight.
I wonder how a number of other individuals have had difficulties with these darn discounts. From what I Have discovered online it appears as though a number of individuals for all AT&T items are worrying and also the callcenters are providing them with the run around. A lot of people would not have bought or registered for support if we'd recognized we'dnot get our discounts. I also wonder just how much time lost we have all invested calling customer support. Therefore easily spend 2 hours of accumulated time attempting to follow-up with this factor at $50/ time... They owe me my $50 refund AND another $100 for my period.
