I've previously delivered a contact to customer support and received no reaction. I restored my support strategy with Verizon on 4/22.in those days I bought 3 Samsung phones and was recommended I'd get a refund of $100.00 for 2 of the telephones. I had beennot recommended at that time of the type to complete or other things I have to do. I had been underneath the impact the support individual had looked after all my requirements. After I did not get the refund I named customer support who recommended I had a need to complete a refund form which it may be completed online. After I visited the web site I had been not able to do that. I subsequently sent customer support and recommended them. They never replied to my mail... in my own mail to customer support I questioned how I really could acquire my refund of course if the $100.00 might you need to be put on my potential statement.
Preferably somebody can provide mean answer...
