Rebate, $125 Claim "Lost" / not received by Staples, It was Submitted as required

Basics provided a refund of $125 online, to get a Canon D320 Picture Type printer / copier, to get a restricted time, November 9th to 15th. I created the purchase about the 9th of December, published out the refund form online, and settled $241.29 by creditcard. I posted ALL necessary paperwork and also the state was shipped on November 17, nicely prior to the contract of December 15.

After I hadnot obtained the credit right now (middle-Jan), I visited Basics online rebate heart to monitor my $125 refund, plus they demonstrated no report of it having been posted. After I named to consult with them, they repeated there is no report which the refund screen was shut. Could not help me. I talked with Mr. Eber, i.D. ES 0191.

I'd not screw-up a $125 refund, and that I adopted the directions carefully. Basics hasn't had an issue using the $10.00 discounts, but somehow, the $125 discount gets dropped. I've copies of the refund form, the purchase bill and evidence of cost, etc., using the times revealed in those days in December, but Basics won't entertain a re-distribution of my state. I'd not need created this purchase with no refund of the dimension. I've been cheated by Staples.
