No time before have I been thus displeased using the customer support and tech-support supplied by a significant organization like Verizon. I've been a FIOS client for all weeks without any issues. Fourteen days before, I began obtaining the dark display, Currently Unavailable problem with my HD DVR. The standard set-top containers in the home work just good. I named, and also the consultant in tech-support (who I eventually achieved after six calls and getting stuck speaking with the fembot again and again) appeared surprised after I described the issue. She advised me they have never noticed this issue before and might deliver me a brand new DVR since mine is damaged.
