Magic jack support can't tell me why no one can call my magic jack number from a land line or a cell phone and get through.
Magic Jack live support can't make a phone call to test your phone either.
"we don't have test calls at this time" was their reply.
Sigh... Offshore support, Costa Rica I think...

Pretty confused tonight. They thought they could fix this with firmware upgrades to my device etc.
I asked them to just report the problem to IT or hardware but no reply after that.
Oh well, $40 doesn't buy you much support I guess.
