I recently had FiOS installed in my own house. Following the very first time the "set-top box" (wire box) was switched on there have been issues.
Accross the display, pink pixels seemed. The installation technology stated "OH whats this" having a confused glance on his experience. He unplugged the HDMI cable, driven down the cable package after which driven it back on. The pixel issue went away however the Television switched on and down by itself several times, then arrived on without any apparent quality issues.
A few hours later I visit view Television and that I had exactly the same issue with-it switching off and on. Just this time around it arrived on with just gray and dark bars operating vertically about the show. Nice right, I contact that superior party, method much better than ComCast. Ha I had been getting pissed at this time.
I called the Laugh middle, I am talking about contact center for many tech support team and that I got no specialized something. They got the problems the wire package was needing to function right, after which handed off the harm done to my Television as NOT THERE ISSUE. The one thing I had been informed is "Friend our gear operates good, Your Television is damaged". DURRP I understand it is damaged your gear did the harm. "Well friend I'm not educated to repair Samsung TV's".
These scoundrels, (old-school Batman saying) There attempting to inform me that Year along with a bit outdated Television, the one which I investigated the-hell out-of to obtain the most dependable, would split which is just a coincedence that their gear was mounted round the same period.
Do Not Use Fios at-all the standard isn't much better compared to support your employing today.
DO NOT USE VERIZON their customer support hurts.
