Following a tale of grievances and dealing with Tmobile on problems of removing info, info positioned on notebook which CAn't be removed since it is linked into my Perspective, insufficient understanding on items (Tmobile Splash), screw-UPS on bills, etc.
I've stopped their support after 8 years of devotion! Today I'm with Verizon. I don't suggest one to utilize T Mobile.
In case you have grievances, notice my prior emails and also have your solutions aimed towards the Panel and also the Leader's office. Don't fool around with Cust. Support - this can be a waste of period and that I have invested more than 80 hours with complete mess-UPS on the way and also have bought 3 telephones or even more in under 2-3 years.
