Scam and cheating

T mobile explained I had a need to buy a new sim-card before registering a brand new telephone for support. I visited 2B Instant (BEWARE! You-can't tell in the entrance or even the signage that it's not really a normal T Mobile shop! It generally does not state '2B Instant' about the entrance of the store; it just claims 'Tmobile' leading one to believe it is a normal Tmobile store!) and get the sim-card, but was informed they might not put up the support; I'd to visit Bestbuy or another T Mobile strong store.

Ok, good. I got the sim-card I bought at 2B instant and visited Bestbuy to connect the telephone with T Mobile support. At BestBuy, I'm educated that I don't require the sim-card, and also to go back to the shop where I purchased to get a return. I had been certain they'd need to provide a reimbursement because the card wasn't utilized at-all and not mounted within the telephone.

Delivered to 2B instant to come back the sim-card to get a reimbursement, and was informed, 'no discounts, its in your bill.' Correct me if I am way off below, but is not a reimbursement plan published on the bill only a touch 'not enough, too late?' A bill guarantees I've previously bought the merchandise, so just how precisely is publishing a return policy on the bill telling me of my return choices, because from the period Iam educated, its too late anyhow???

Good fraud. I submitted a problem with T Mobile straight, when I recommend other cheated by 2B instant to complete. With enough grievances, they'll eliminate 2B being an 'approved' T Mobile store, which using the insufficient business integrity they display, they must be. I actually donot understand why T Mobile might need this kind of dishonest organization related to their great title

Also, record a with BBB (Better Business Office) even when they're not authorized! Lots of people search the BBB to research companies before determining whether to complete business together, therefore atleast we are able to attempt to maintain others from being cheated by 2B instant!
