I'm writing to protest Cingular wireless inconsistent concept regarding my agreement expression and also the method they manage this. Some tips about what happened
1.in early May, 1995, I moved my wireless support from AT&T to cingular wireless, I settled service charge plus some reduced charge for that mobile phone.
2.in finish Might, 1996, I dropped my mobile phone. After which I named Cingular wireless and questioned just how much it'd charge to get a replacement mobile phone. The consultant explained it'd be around $100. That seemed too costly in my experience. I subsequently questioned what my commitment duration was. He explained that it had been twelve months. Therefore he established in my experience that I've completed my agreement and that I was liberated to visit different wireless business. I recall he also stated something similar to "That Is strange, often individuals have two year agreement, but yours is twelve months". I simply thought perhaps since I settled service charge therefore my agreement is twelve months less.
3. I subsequently moved my support to sti cell and ported my quantity in early June, 1996.
4. I obtained bill charged me $150 firing charge from Cingular in July, 1996
5. I named them instantly and questioned why I had been billed $150. The consultant stated that I'd 2-year agreement therefore it was early termination. I contended that just a few week before, you consultant explained that it had been twelve months agreement and that I was guaranteed that I really could stop the support without fee. She stated that it wasn't the situation. I expected for:
1) If there is report for the discussion between me which consultant a couple weeks earlier. The solution was NO. And that I didn't understand that representative title.
2) And That I subsequently questioned if there is a closed contract declaring that I'd two-year agreement. The solution was still NO.
3) And That I subsequently questioned if there is an archive for that telephone discussion this past year showing that I had been informed that it had been a two-year agreement. The solution was again NO.
6. Everything was therefore complicated and that I couldn't show myself because they didn't have telephone report. Plus they couldn't show I'd two-year agreement both.in my experience it would appear that they abruptly alter my agreement phrase from 12 months to 2-year sooner or later. It didn't appear right also it was therefore cheating! And so I declined to pay for after which they documented to gathering company and therefore it affects my credit. It's truly not reasonable they simply documented everything against me and that I don't have any where you can clarify myself.
