Terrible customer service

I acquired a telephone from Vontage, I informed the woman in advance that I'd satellite and he or she stated that was okay. After I got the phone after playing with-it for some hours I named them-and they explained easily had satellite that I had beennot ready to make use of the telephone. I questioned why the woman did not tell me-up top the personis response was I'm not why she did that. Well, she did not plus they explained to put on onto the telephone in case I had been shifting. Well, I never shifted so when i named them back again to stop after them getting 9.00 out-of my take into account many months. Well, after I requested to get a boss they hung-up on me. I've been on-hold an overall total of 2 hours alone today. I kept for 45 minutes before i actually got to keep in touch with anybody after which after 20 units they hung-up on me.
