This really is an addendum to my criticism about Comcast telephone support Maryland, in Montgomery County. Issues have worsened since I have documented that criticism. Comcast failed and has planned to maintain two visits, capturing me athome for six hours. I've, by this time, voiced without any less than 13 customer support or technology representatives, a timeconsuming company regarding numerous hours 'on-hold.' I'm sitting here today, awaiting still another technology to exhibit up and achieve the job of trading the device that providers both my internet and my telephone with one which providers just the web.
In the event you skipped my earlier criticism, I am ditching Comcast telephone support since itis unreliable: Our speech disappears during telephone discussions, and even though I - can notice the owner, the caller cannot notice me; or even the link is stop completely. While I had been on the conference call the latter occurred again recently. These issues started on May 17. Two technology representatives were not able to correct the issue. Today is June 28. Comcast telephone support is much like quicksand: you are able to never escape when you enter it!
