Where you can start? Anything!

Where you can start? We have had comcast for three years. The very first year we'd small issues. Then we shifted and all hell broke free. From that time on, it has been a wire headache. Had I recognized it'd be this kind of ongoing issue, I'd've stored precise report of days, occasions, titles. But I did not do that, I will just state that for just two decades, on an almost regular schedule, I'm about the telephone coping with these fools. They basically don't care. They've completed from attempt to cost me for issues/providers we don't have, to making me on store numerous occasions, to being really rude informing my spouse "to cover the telephone contact", to informing people they'd repair the problem simply to discover our next statement is a whole lot worse, on and on and on. And do not get me began on the "support". We spend each month, promptly. We purchase something that people do not often get. Your wire moves out, our web moves out, of course if they've to deliver a technology, they would like to cost people DUE TO THEIR issue! The number goes on and on... We're calling to stop their support tomorrow, it is simply not worth it anymore. They're too large a company, they simply do not worry about their clients or even the quality of individuals they employ to represent their company. It has been a headache. I have lost countless hours coping with 9 times out-of 10, rude idiots. I'd favour a root canal than to cope with Comcast any more.
