I had been planned for Web and telephone installment between 11a-2pm my purchase quantity was MD00182948810. I reached the dealer at 9am and did not keep until 6pm. After I put the purchase I obtain the technology contact me having a screen sooner or later in his evening. I received no-call at around 2:45pm I choose to demand an update on my installation time period because the technology at that time had been 45 minutes late. The client support representative put me on-hold to ensure that she might contact the Technology, following a few minutes she advised me that I had been next in-line and also the tech stated "he'd be there within 45 minutes". I mentioned okay and waited patiently until 5pm an entire 2 hours and fifteen minutes passed. I called back at this time I had been informed that" I had been next in-line and also the technology must get to 45 minutes, ".in discussion using the repetition she advised me the the Technology was visiting use a telephone no extra jacks or web like I requested. Which was really troubling in my experience. I advised the client support representative that I had been Exhausted hadn't consumed and required each day off-work and, when the technology could not create it before 530 I had been departing. I remained until 6pm again no technology. Today after losing my whole for something that I am spending money on, putting a-2 year dedication for a not too great reduced price. I believe its complete disrespectful like a customer. After I may and certainly will easy discover additional resources and may I include less expensive resources for both telephone and web. I simply wish to take some time to express "THANKS"!!! For spearing me an entire 2 plus decades of under understanding, bad support and disrespect.
