We updated towards the fresh 50 MB luxurious Web bundle three months before. MEdiacom delivered a technology towards the home so when he quit he recommended it had been functioning. I tried it about fifteen minutes later also it wasn't performing whatsoever. I called Mediacom back and was recommended they'd deliver the technology back AFTER he quit the following APPT. I named my worker and informed them I'd be overdue by about 1-hour. 2 hours later I called back again to Mediacom and was recommended the technology could possibly appear at the conclusion of his change between 4-5:30, I questioned why I had been advised different things in the last repetition and he or she stated she was sorry and didn't understand. At 5:30 I named MEdiacom again to discover where these were, they recommended me they re scheduled the appt for Mon (4 times) without actually calling me and allowing me understand this. And so I am heading today another 4 times without Web and that I had my spouse log off function early Friday to hold back for that technology again. They appear on Friday also it requires a number of different technicians turning up along with a couple hours to obtain it to function because this can be a new support plus they are all understanding, they have it working and keep. Many times later it begins to decelerate and that I am not obtaining the pace I taken care of, I contact them back plus they put up another appt, they appear today and inform me they don't understand why it’s no longer working and they are sorry. The technology recommends me to change back again to the slower cheaper strategy because the Extremely 50 isn't operating at out-house and that I need to contact customer care to obtain this completed. He leaves I contact plus they change me back but condition I still need to spend the $99 deploy charge and after I questioned her why must I purchase something that not just didn't work-but also triggered me togo many times with no Web and he or she subsequently weighs on me. OK? The month prior to the Web problem Mediacom on demand wasn't operating and that I called assistance. They recommended they'd to send a technology and created a appt. Obviously I'd to skip work and also the technology turns up and claims it's a known problem. And so I contact them back at customer support plus they recommended that it's not really a recognized problem and routine another appt in three times which period obviously I skipped hrs which period the technology didn't actually appear. We create another appt and also the technology involves the doorway and recommends it's a recognized issue and there's no reason behind him to become there, I questioned why might I be recommended by assistance again to skip work and become athome if it's a recognized problem? At the moment the on demand is erratic and CAn't be measured on to function and our Web operates slower than guaranteed.

The primary result was about 12 hrs of missed work awaiting Mediacom to exhibit up and repair problems they might not. As well as the truth that I had been without my Web for all times and since my kid was getting classes on the web she'd to create additional preparations. Plus I had been out the $99 deploy charge to get a Web update that doesn't function.
