TracFone are LIARS and THIEVES!
I purchased a brand new Tracfone and was informed I will move incomplete moments to my new telephone. Well, nowadays on 23 March the technology stated they are able to do this and at my demand moved 150 units and departing the 60-minutes about the previous telephone. Allegedly. The technology stated it'd consider just one hour to update. Nicely after 2 hours, I switched the telephones back on and also the outdated telephone had "0" minutes and also the new telephone allegedly has dual minutes, however the period is just 150, NOT 300 minutes! Therefore much for "Double Moments forever on that telephone
I called again and talked to a different "Technology" who stated when any move is performed all of the leftover moments in the unique telephone are REMOVED! Well, they lied in my experience and essentially took my cash worth of these staying 6o moments that I simply purchased to reactivate my previous telephone! Easily had recognized that, I'd have moved the whole 211 minutes to my new telephone with dual units! I talked with 3 distinct people, each one of these stated they'd move me to "their boss who had been standing right alongside them".
Then I get used in yet another silly "technology"
The final one stated I really could consult with her chef, since my 60-minutes that I simply purchased got DELETED and there is "NO MEANS" they are able to get them, despite the fact that I've the bought time-card before me. Therefore, they pressed "DISMISS" switch and place me
On PERMANENTLY STORE and after 20 units, I acquired the dial-tone
Fundamentally they took that $20 from me. I dislike large companies that like to mess the small man!
