I placed an order for 8 sets of bags on October 17th. Like all the other reports on here, i got the general automated responses the following day with my receipt and a UPS tracking number. As of today, December 2nd, UPS has not received any shipment, and Steph's has not returned any phone calls or emails.
I sincerely wish i would have read the reports on here about doing business with this company. I do believe i get the award for longest time without my order being filled or even a response with SEVEN weeks... And counting.
