I placed an order with Steph's Bags on 8/17/09.included in my order price was a shipping charge of $9.99 for the order to be delivered in 3-5 days. On 8/24/09, I still had not received my order so I emailed "customer service" at Steph's Bags to ask if the order had been shipped and if there was a tracking number for the shipment. No response. A few days later, we called "customer service" at Steph's Bags and left a voicemail requesting information about our order. No response. Today, we called and the voice mailbox was full. I emailed again, and am waiting for a response.
While I can sympathize if this is a small business, and is just overwhelmed with orders, a simple response explaining the situation would be appreciated. Because I've gotten zero response, I'm going to have to assume that I've been ripped off. A reputable company would respond to inquiries if they are unable to deliver an order as promised.
