I ordered a set of bags on the 12th of May. On that day, I received an order confirmation notifying me that my credit card was charged and I should receive my order within 1-5 business days. A week had passed, and nothing had showed up in the mail. I tried calling the business multiple times to confirm the order of my status, and what a surprise, no response. I sent multiple e-mails, and it wasn't until I demanded a full refund that Steph responded, saying my bags would arrive on the 28th of May, a full 16 days after I ordered them! She offered no reason or apology for the delay, and demonstrated awful customer service. To charge $10 for shipping and display this kind of service is unacceptable. I will not be placing any more orders from Steph's bags, and do not recommend her business to anyone.
