I placed my order with Steph's Bags April 19th and received a confirmation they'd be deliverd within 2-3 days. It's now May 9th and after many phone calls (that went unanswered) and many emails, I have yet to get my bags. Unfortunately I trusted this site to produce what they led me to belive. That's not the case! This site is a complete ripoff!
I have decided to file a complaint against Steph's Bags via BBB, along with many other people that have been ripped off by this company. Hopefully Steph's Bags will make this right and reimburse me the total amount.
It sucks sitting here with a custom set of boards that I worked hard on and not have any bags for them.
