Do not order from Steph's Bags! I ordered corn hole bags for a 4th of July party we were having, paid for 2 day shipping. There was plenty of time to get my bags prior to our party. On day 4 when no bags had shown up I started to contact Steph's Bags; first by phone, then by email. No response. Day after day I called and emailed. No response. Finally when I called my credit card company to challange the charges and let Stephanie know about it I got an email from her. She said that she would look into it and get back to me. Another day went by... She didn't get back to me. When she felt like it she emailed me to let me know that my order had shipped and I would receive it 2 days later. No tracking number by the way. That was a full week after I had originally place the order. Well 2 days came and went and there were no bags! On day 10 corn hole bags showed up. Ye Haw! Just in time to do nothing with them.
I have tried to get a refund on my purchase. No Luck. I have tried to get a refund for my shipping. No luck.
Steph's Bags is an extremely poor performing web based business. DO NOT SUPPORT Steph's Bags!
