I placed an order on 4/21 for items in the online store. Payment was processed on 4/24 in full. No product was received. Several weeks later I called the company-no answer. Left a voice message, not returned. Sent an e mail.
The email was responded to stating that there was a problem with internet purchases on the date I ordered. The email stated that If I provided the items ordered they would be shipped immediately. I responded to this email with the information requested. This email and several more voice mails were not responded to.
I filed a claim with my bank to recoup my loss and report this fraudulent activity.
