On or about April 15 I ordered a sheet music caddy from Harmonyonline. My MasterCard was charged $599 on April 15.
About May 2, when I had received neither the product or any notification that it had been shipped, I called their 800 number and actually got a real person (this was to prove very unusual). I was told the product would ship Monday, May 5.
About May 19, I called again and after several attempts got a live person who told me that this delay was unacceptable, that they would isse a 10% discount, and the product would ship immediately. Neither the discount or the product ever appeared.
About May 30, I got Marianne on the phone (I think she is one of the owners). She told me the problem would be resolved within a week.
On June 16, they responded to an email from me saying that the product would be shipped that week. I followed up with multiple phone calls and emails. I tried to send a message to their fax number (it did not answer).
On June 30, I received an email from them saying that they were cancelling my order and would issue a full refund which would appear on my credit card in 5-7 business days. The refund never appeared.
They rarely answer the phone (May 30 was my last time to get a real person). Their voice mail is often full. They rarely respond to email (nothing since June 16 despite numerous attempts from me).
For weeks I contacted them by both voice mail and email every business day. I still try occasionally.
They have stolen my money.
