On May 5 I ordered the Pro Grabit Set at this company's website, rather than calling the 800 number on the commercial and possibly waiting forever. I made my purchase and paid for it in full with my debit card.
As of June 8 I had not received delivery of my product so I sent the company an email requesting a status report on my order. Their website states "if you send an email, it will be responded to within 48 hours".
As of July 9 I had still not received delivery nor a reply to my email. I sent them another email threatening to turn them in if they did not contact me and, surprise, they ignored that as well.
The emails I sent are not returned undeliverable so I know someone is getting them. When I call the number provided, 631-284-3226, I get a recording stating "there is no one available to take your call at this time, this voicemail box is full".
That tells me I will never see my purchase. Not only did they steal the purchase price of $19.99 but they got an additional $7.99 for SHIPPING CHARGES when they never shipped anything.
I only wish I had known about this website before falling victim to a fraudulent company being "run" by unscrupulous thieves.
