I placed my order 10/10. On 11/03, I received an email confirming my order had been shipped. I attempted to contact them beginning on 11/16 via telephone. I have called them 6 different times and left messages each time. I did reach them via email and they responded stating they would reship on 11/18. On 12/12, I again contacted them via email. They responded once again stating my order would be reshipped on 12/02. I emailed them again on 12/15. No response. I have emailed every day since then, no response.
