This place only takes orders and money, ships out - no returns

My son saved up his $400.00 over 8 months doing jobs for nieghbors and such and after shopping for about 2 months decided on some new snoawboarding equipment from The House on line retailer. After reviewing his selections I told him to check if the site had a customer service policy and address. They had an 800 number and a 1 year warranty policy.

To make the story short, the ski boot bindings fail in only 4 hours of snowboarding (and he wasn't griniding). After taking hours of phone calls to extract a shipping address for the return we never heard from The House again. We logged about 13 calls over 8 months before calling it quits. They have our money, and our equipment and never even called us back! We had UPS tracking proof that they recieved our equipment. They could have just issued a in store credit!

There is no customer service at THE HOUSE. There is no one to speak to for returns unless you can hack the automated voicemail. There are no refunds or exchanges. Any returns shipped to The House becomes their property. There are no in store credits.
