We moved and transferred our cable service. Simple. Same package, new house. Equipment was delivered by Keith from Knight Enterprising (Contracted out for Brighthouse?). Picked up the previous owners (my family) equipment, but either was not noted on the work order or never returned the equipment back to inventory, and now the equipment is being charge as "missing" and due $150.00 fee for being lost. All I know is the equipment was picked up.
