I went to Metro PCS recently and I had a good experience at the store. However when I got home with my phone I had no service at my house at all! This is my only phone, I have know house phone. I had to make a couple of phone calls so I went in one spot of my house where I could do that. I was not getting phone calls or text messages at my house. I had voicemails that I didn't know I had. So the next day I went to return the phone because of bad service and they wouldn't give me my money back because there was and hour and thirty eight minutes of talk time on the phone. Are you kidding me??? The sales person never told me about the 60 minute return policy, I thought I had seven days to return it!!! This is the biggest rip off ever! Had the phone less than 24 hours and they wont let me return it and get my money back! What kind of return policy is this!!! I DO NOT recommend getting Metro PCS!!! It is a rip off! Hope they realize word of mouth is the best thing for sales and I will make sure I let as many people as possible to not go through them!!! Straight Talk is much better!!!
