Poor workmenship, poor customer service

I contacted them about a pair of boots manufactured by them which were only 4 months old
The sole was coming off after about 1 month of use

Here is there response

Our product is fully guaranteed in respect to the labor and materials involved in our manufacturing process. Our Company as the manufacturer does not issue refunds or exchanges. Refunds, exchanges and credits are transactions that would have to take place at the retail level. I would talk again to retailer and see if they will do anything. We follow whatever return policy the stores put into place.

Now the retailer does not allow any returns or exchanges after 90 days

Which was why I contacted them direct

But the boots are supposed to have a 1 year warranty in manufacture defects
