Charge a restock fee for returns of 25% AND the charge to ship package to you, claim to have free shipping but charge a handling fee, out of 50.47 I got 20.15 back

Ordered a pool replacement cartridge in total amt. Of 50.47 (which supposively had free shipping) also included a handling fee, had to return item, pay 15.00 shipping, took 30 days for refund, I was returned 20.17- charged me 25% restock fee and the shipping they claimed to have paid when sent to me... It is a ripoff, they made 30.00 scott free!
