Misleading

I ordered a 14 day trial of Purity Mineral Makeup on 05-06.
Beware! The trail starts the day you ordered it not the day you receive it.
I didn't recieve my order for seveal days.
On May 20th they charged my credit card $59.99 which was for the product the sent plus $7.95 shipping and handling.
In order to send it back you have to call for a RMA.
If you don't get an RMA there is no refund.
It took me two days to get through.
You don't get a full refund.
They keep the initial shipping and handling of $7.95 and you pay to ship it back plus a restock charge of $7.95.
