I was convinced by Nick Michlig at Steyr-Aug.com to purchase an ADI AUG receiver from Chuck at Lithgow. After sending my money in the form of a cashier's check to an address in Santa Rosa, CA I received nothing. It turns out that this is their standard ripoff procedure. Nick and Chuck are in it together, but try to play it off like each one doesn't know what the other one is doing.
I have come to find out that Nick makes it common practice to pretend to be customers of competing companies then slam them in public. He threatens lawsuits and investigations by the FBI. He plays the innocent victim while scamming people in the background with this Chuck guy.
Neither one has answered my emails since my check was cashed. My bank is currently investigating the matter and plans to file civil charges against both Nick and Chuck.
