I was contacted by Chuck Anguiano who said I was being scammed by the Franklin group and he was going to be my savior and get my loan modification in just a few days. I personally delivered to his office at 4445 Eastgate Mall Suite 200 San Diego, CA 92121 the cashiers check on 01/20. I was supposed to meet with him but he was "delayed in I15 traffic coming from Chula Vista and wouldn't be able to make our appointment. So I left the check and other documents, expecting to hear from Chuck on Monday or Tuesday the following week. I emailed Chuck, I then started calling Chuck on his private number and kept and keep on getting the busy signal.
