I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they were stunned that a 'Company' would use threatening language like 'Chuck Hall' did, ie:
"And there is one more thing - but we will surprise you with that. We are going to enjoy this!" - 'Chuck Hall'
I mean, what's left after Filing criminal charges against me, taking me to court and reporting this tripe to the credit companies to seriously damage my credit for 7 years? Gun me down in front of my house? Kidnap and rape my sons? I mean, who knows what kind of enjoyment a sick mind like 'Chuck Hall' will enjoy. As I said, the BBB was stunned and I was advised that the BBB would treat my Report as a Special report, based on the vast overstepping of boundaries and the threatening language. I was advised to immediately go to my Police Department to file charges against 'Chuck Hall', 'Bill Vaughn' and 'Intellibiz' and to immediately file a Complaint with my Attorney General. Also to forward all email communication to all parties so they can see what a threatening nutcase 'Chuck Hall' is.
