On November 18 I ordered something on TNG Direct and the money was taken out of the bank the next day. My product however, never came to me. My delivery time was between 2-4 weeks, yet here I am 7 1/2 weeks later and still no Birthday present for my husband. I have submited 3 "tickets" through their helpdesk system with no resonse, and 1 angry e-mail asking for the wherabouts of my product and that I would pursue this as fraud if they didn't contact me. So, since they have ignored me all together. I will start the procees.
