I ordered my product from Direct Pharmacy and received confirmation of my order on the 1st November stating that delivery would be up to 12 days.
On the 13th November I had not received my order so sent an email to find out where it was. The reply sent said that it was despatched on the 3rd Nov but there had been a shipping problem so to allow another week.
I had still not received my order by the 21st November so chased again. The reply said that it had been shipped on the 13th November and to allow 5-9 days for delivery. It was at this point that I realised that soething was not quite right - why had I been given 2 different shipping dates?
Since then I have made every effort to try and contact this company but the website is unavailable. I cannot find a contact anywhere else.
I am now 70GBP short and with xmas nearing I really could do without this. I have lost all confidence with shopping on the internet - probably will never do it avain.
Direct Pharmacy - what a ripoff - these people need to be prosecuted.
