I bought a parking pass online from Coast to Coast Tickets, for a NFL football game, and never received my pass. I contacted the ticket broker at 7:30 A.M. And was yelled at and hung up on because he was upset I was calling so early. After arriving at the stadium I called the broker numerous times and my tickets were never dropped off as guaranteed. After entering the game I was contacted back only one hour prior to kickoff.in turn I had to purchase a new pass and called the next morning to get a refund for my pass. I was informed that the company which I gave my credit card information to was unable to refund my money because they were not the ones who charged it. The broker was responsible for the charge and when I contacted him he refused to refund me and once again acted EXTREAMLY unprofessional saying I would just have to eat it. So the website offers tickets of all kind and actually have no tickets and are in turn giving out your personal information and not making you completely aware of this to you have already given it
