What a horrible night! My friend and I had won 4 tickets on the radio for the show. They were standing only tickets, so we sold our tickets on ebay so we could secure good seats. We bought from stub hub because of their guarantee. We get there and they scan our tickets and tell us they have already been scanned and used. We were furious and called them immediately. The rep asked if we had secured other tickets? Really? Why would we have? We told them no, these tickets were guaranteed. They only offered us a refund and said they had no one in the area to get us more tickets. We didn't want a refund, we wanted to see the show! There were 5 other people around us with the same issue, tickets that were duplicated and sold on Stub Hub. We ended up getting tickets from another broker at the show, but we will never use Stub Hub again! We were thankful for the refund, but if you want to be sure and see the show, you are not guaranteed that.
