I ordered tickets to a soccer game on seatwave.com on 1-16-12. The game was on 2-12-12 the tickets never arrived. I was in constent contact with them everyday mutliple times a day and on the day of the event just about every hour up until 2 hours before the game. They kept telling me that I will get my tickets don't worry, game came and went and I never got my tickets. I contacted them for a refund and they refuse to give one because they said that the tickets were delivered, but they won't show me proof that it was delivered or who signed for it. All the e-mails that I have from them stated "the tickets were delivered on the 10th" another emails says "the tickets where delivered on the 11th" and my account states "the tickets were delivered on the 15th, 3 days after the game" They can't give me a straight answer to anything other then NO we will not give you a refund. No one gives me a phone number to call them. They only do customer service through email and it takes them forever to reply. I would suggest never using seatwave for ordering tickets to any event.
