DO NOT ORDER from ATVDiscounters.com... Bad products, bad customer service, and a "No Return" Policy... Total ripoff!

I ordered a 4 wheeler for my son. $801.00 later... It didn't ship on time and had a bad tracking #. I emailed Trisha Barling who was my assigned CS rep. This company seems to just be a small family masquerading as a reputable business (see other complaints). It was then shipped and assigned a real tracking #.

It finally arrived. I opened it, and saw that there were gaps in the body moldings, probably due to shipping. Cosmetic, no big deal. The tools provided were filthy, and the bag had holes as if it had been used before. Red flag #1. I began assembly. Some of the "donuts" that are welded into the tubing for the bolts to fit into had fallen out. Red flag#2 (yeah, this will hold up on a dirt hill and over a few bumps)... So my first major complaint is that these bikes are poorly constructed.

Then, after a couple of hours assembling, I hit the key in the ignition. Nothing. No click... After some investigating, I found that the wiring is all messed up. Some of the wires have been torn out of their connectors.
I contacted Trisha Barling again by email. They would have the service department call me.

The service department responded with an email. Just my own complaint copied to me with an internet link to troubleshoot online. Thanks, guys, I already did that. I sent another email to Ms. Barling. Who responded with how they take care of their customers. Ok. I spent an hour fixing the ground wire back ito it's connector the next day. Still no juice. I emailed again.

"Andy" called from the service department, leaving a #. A wrong #. Honest mistake. I emailed again. Leaving my cell#. A message was left the next day on my home phone again. Not my cell, Leaving me again, the wrong #. This went on for a week. Red flag #3. I sent another email, becoming more fed up with this run around.

This pattern continued, except that when I told Trisha by email that I wanted the bike sent back and a refund, since I felt that after my purchase, I shouldn't have to do repairs, or hire someone to weld the pieces back in... Well, Ms. Barling felt no further need to respond to my emails. Ok, no more flags. The siren is blaring, ok?
Finally, week # 2 and a few more emails, "Andy" gives me a real # to try. I get through, he was nice, however, they are only interested in "talking me through the repairs." on the wiring. The have a "No return policy". Really? Are you kidding me?

Single mom, working 15-18hrs a day with a 2 hour commute each way, yeah, let me get right on that, and while I'm at it, I'll go to a few welding classes too so the thing won't fall apart over the bumps and kill my kid.

If you're looking to get ripped off, this is definately the company to deal with. I still have no resolution, and an $801.00 4 wheeler sitting outside that won't start. I'm still waiting for Trisha Barling to respond... Meanwhile, my kid has a really great useless helmet that his mom got him for his birthday.
