After purchasing a scooter from the website, Delivery was done in a reasonable time. Finding a broken seat latch cable first of all made the storage area under the seat not useable until a replacement cable can be optained. Next the battery went stone dead in one day. Several emails were sent with an eventual response from one of the Barlings (whoever they are) Emails directed me to contact the warranty department by using the claim method on their website. This I did with no response at all.

Also, the described model on the website (SC29) was a "Cozumel" 150 with nice features such as a rear storage trunk and an FM radio. The model delivered was a "SUNL" 150 with no trunk and no radio. So the intial problems I have are the broken seat latch cable, no trunk, and no radio. After several emails to the Barlings, I was directed to fill out another form to at least get the title which was to be sent separatly which I did and in another 2 weeks, the title arrived.

Still trying to get the latch cable and the trunk that was supposed to come with the model described, I was again directed to contact the warranty department. I did this again and was auto-emailed to be told that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours.

Three days later, no contact.

All I want to get from these people is the latch cable and the trunk.

They have a prime opportunity to sell their products if they will do what their mission statement says to provide satisfied service.
