I visited Target in Clarksville/Jeffersonville, In. There is a Starbucks within that store. There was a massive mess-up as I tried to add money to my starbucks card. The computer went down, they had put the money on the cards but the register quit, so they couldnt take my check. Trisha McK. Spent and hour trying to straighten out the mess, she made sure I was comfortable, and updated. Sadly, she was not able to fix it that day. I felt bad for her, it was the computer's problem and she had worked so hard. This problem was not totally resolved until over a month later. Trisha was wonderful during that time, keeping me updated, she even gave me her cell phone number. She seemed just as happy to finally get it resolved as I was. I cant say enough on how great she handled the entire event... Herself, not pushing it off to different people so that I would have to keep repeating the story. Thank you Trisha McK!!
