I ordered one of the Caddyrack products from their website and immediately received an email confirmation that the order was processed and payment was received. Since then I have not received my order and have not received any response from several email sent to their contact address. The listed phone number from the yellow pages indicates that the phone is no longer in service. Appears that the company is no longer in business but they still took my order and processed payment. What a RIPOFF!!!
