Debited credit card, did not ship bag or respond to any communication Oval Laguna Woods, California Or Possibly Australia

Talked to John Drinkwater at Caddyrack, We then used E-mail for the order. Gave my credit card and shipping info.
My account was charged. And that was the last I heard from them.

I have sent five seperate E-mail to no avail. After seeing this complaint I can see this is a trend with
Caddyrack and John Drinkwater.
