Caddyrack Golf Bags - Filled our October order and then billed us again in March. Will not respond to emails and has no phone number listed!

My husband ordered a golf bad from Caddyrack in October. We were billed for the bag and recieved it.in March Caddyrack posted a charge on our credit card for the same amount that we were charged in October. There is no phone number listed for the company, and Caddyrack will not respond to our emails.
