I purchased a LCD flat screen TV from Best Buy in January. They offered a $100 gift certificate from NFL SHOP as an incentive. I followed all mailing requirements and received a $100 gift certificate in April. I went to the NFL SHOP web site and ordered an NFL Jersey for $99.00 and submitted my "Gift certificate code and Pin number." The NFL SHOP failed to honor my "Gift Certificate" and billed me for two Jerseys. I made numerous attempts to correct matter but the NFL SHOP representatives indicated that I couldn't cancel and that their website doesn't receive e-mail correspondance. I have not received the $100 credit that was offered as and incentive. I feel that I have been RIPPED OFF.
