Online shopping review - customer service is bad

I ordered cologne on line from Macys with a guaranteed Christmas Delivery or a $100 gift certificate. I inquired on this 2 days before Christmas with no answer. December 26th they advised it was on back order. Today I'm told I will not get the $100 gift certificate because the backorder status didn't qualify. I would have NEVER ordered a christmas gift on backorder!
Macy's does NOT honor guarantees and I will never shop there again!
