In late November I placed a large ($369) order for swimming suits from Worldwide Aquatics to take advantage of a sale price. The item was on backorder and was said to be shipped in early February but was never received. I requested a tracking number and was told there wasn't one. They said they would reship after a certain time but I was always told it was on backorder.
Finally, in early June, I emailed them to cancel the order and get a refund. They promised by email to cancel the order and give a refund, which would appear on my credit card after a couple of billing cycles.
No refund has occurred even after many email reminders and email promises that I would get the refund.
I am still out this money (now it is February).
