I called this company to report that there SC2628B rifle scope mount does not fit my bushmaster rifle, they swore up and down that it did. The person I spoke to at first was mike. We promised to send a new mount, and then later I never heard from him when I asked for a tracking number.
Then later I got a Dear John email from him explaining how I had to send in mine first before they could send me one.
Now I only paid $42 with free shipping for this scope. That was the idea, by it at a good price and do not pay more, so why should I have to pay postage for this item when it represents that it fits my Rifle.
I called and ask for a manager and was told she would call me back, which she never did. I then received a phone call from another company who was not very kind to me and then later we figured out it was the wrong company they told to call me and take care of it. Then was scolded and told they had no Nightvisonsales company. I told the lady which was named Lisa Diaz to quit scolding me and to let me speak as she kept cutting me off as many customer service people seem to do when they get all excited and what to somehow prove you are the bad guy and not them when their product is at fault.
Of course when I complained of this she complained that I was now yelling at her and seem to indicate that she would hang up the call, how convenient when you are wrong and need an escape right?
Well anyway I told her that I would file complaint with the BBB and my states consumer protection and that did not even phase her, I mean figure this out how hard would it be for a company as they explained to me sell thousands of these to send a measly little scope mount that weighs about 8 ounces thru the mail system for a couple of bucks. This for heaven bid to keep a customer happy. I got my deal at $42 and expect to keep it and do not want to invest more. Especially when it is not my fault that it does not fit my rifle.
Well as I figured she then scolded me again how I am suppose to send it in under warranty; I said that would be great if it has been a while, I received it this way.
She was just plain rude an arrogant and downright nasty, she hung up on me as I expected, no one should ever hang up on a customer, I never yelled at her, or raised my voice to her or called her names or anything, I have the right to be frustrated and concerned.
I certainly am not a dog on a chain to be kicked around by her or this company, and hanging up on a customer is just plain wrong, I would recommend to anyone never to do business with this company ever. They do not care about you at all, and it figures it is owned by china people who just want to make a quick buck off us Americans. And that is not being racial it is the truth. F they wanted to take care of me they would have sent a replacement mount, I would have kindly sent the other one back if they would have acted in a responsible manner.
